A driver of the "California Stage Line Company" coach picks up the pace as he rounds the turn heading the last mile towards Sonora, Califonia. The Route which runs from Columbia to Stockton was a favorite for the Highwaymen of the times. In the 1880's Black Bart was very active in these parts of what is known as the GOLD Country of California.
